MUTT ON BIRDS Cafe and Rooftop Bar

I live in Pondok Candra, it's between Surabaya and Sidoarjo. I barely found any good place to hang out with my folks thus I gotta have a looooooong drive every weekend. But since Mutt On Birds was open, I have no worries.

The ambience is okay, the wifi velocity is great, and most importantly the menus are well-cooked! 

I would recommend pasta rica (spicy), aglio olio pasta, pizza pepperoni, egg benedict, and its fried rice. I took some photos back then when visiting this place but I deleted most of them, here is the remaining photos...

But I gotta admit when I am bored and have no place to go alone, THIS place is the first which comes in my mind. It's open until midnight and the rooftop has glass floor where you can see directly below from 4th floor, isn't it cool?! Ok, don't hate me for being odd.

Lontong Kupang Bapak Misari

I am scared to eat lontong kupang because I experienced a horible one once. It was not cooked and seasoned improperly, totally looked and tasted awful.

BUT this Lontong Kupang Bapak Misari has is different!!! Yes, three exclamation marks LOL. My mom has been a regular customer since years ago, and a few days ago I went there. Mother never lies, I instantly like it. The complementary is degan ijo (coconut drink) to neutralize it - I am not sure what to neutralize but degan ijo does its thing after we eat lontong kupang. 

So if you are visiting Sidoarjo, go there because lontong kupang is one of East Java's traditional foods you #musttry!

Remember, there are so many lontong kupang you may find but this one is located at : Jalan Mojopahit no. 62, Sidoarjo, Surabaya.

Peacock Lounge - Fairmount Hotel Jakarta

A couple of weeks ago I went to this place to get some sort of pretty high tea. So Peacock Lounge isn't a brand new hang-out place but it's still recommended if you wish to have yummy cakes and good service..
